Roger Marshall has voted repeatedly to cut Kansans’ healthcare, raise our healthcare premiums, and take away our hard-earned retirement benefits.

While Marshall was voting to keep drug prices high, he was personally profiting from investments in drug companies. Kansans paid more at the pharmacy counter. Marshall's investment portfolio did fine. He’s gotten almost a million dollars richer while in office.

MARSHALL DROVE UP YOUR COSTS
Kansas families are getting squeezed by skyrocketing costs at the gas pump and grocery store. And Kansas farmers that export products globally and help power our economy are feeling the sting too.
What did Roger Marshall do? He supported the policies that drove our costs up! Marshall backed the tariffs that raised the price of everything Kansans buy: the equipment on their farms, the parts in their trucks, the groceries in their carts.
When he was faced with the opportunity to apologize for supporting the tariffs, he doubled down and said "This is so simple. These tariffs are working."
And he voted to support the war in Iran, sending taxpayer dollars for a war overseas while gas and shipping prices here skyrocketed. Regarding rising costs due to the war, Marshall said “Americans Are Going To Have To Make Some Sacrifices.” That’s easy for him to say — he’s worth millions, and made at least a million more since entering congress.
Roger Marshall couldn’t be more out of touch with reality, even going as far to say that “In Kansas, I Think It’s The Best Economy I’ve Ever Seen.” Paying more for gas and groceries…that’s what Marshall says is the “best economy”.
The real Roger Marshall? He hasn’t batted an eye. In fact, he’s enabled this chaos.
MARSHALL TOOK TAXPAYER-FUNDED TRIPS TO HIS FLORIDA HOME
Roger Marshall sold his home in Great Bend days after being sworn into the Senate. Roger Marshall now owns a million-dollar waterfront home in Florida with a boat lift and a private dock.
He spends a lot of his time there. And he's found a way to make Kansans pay for it. Marshall has taken nearly a dozen trips near his Florida home using taxpayer dollars — flights and expenses charged to the people of Kansas while he headed for the water.
Most Kansans don't get taxpayer-funded trips to the Florida coast. Instead, we get the bill for his trips. That’s the real Roger Marshall.
MARSHALL SUED HUNDREDS OF HIS OWN PATIENTS — MANY WERE ARRESTED
Roger Marshall filed lawsuits against more than 700 patients over medical bills. His lawyers repeatedly asked courts to issue arrest warrants, and court records show 81 patients were arrested. Many spent time in jail. He even charged his patients an incredible 18% interest rate.
The worst part? Some of these overdue bills were as little as $101. Many patients lacked good healthcare coverage. Some were new mothers with unpaid bills from their own deliveries. Two of the debts came from late miscarriages that required surgery.
These aren’t just lawsuits, they’re people’s lives. He sued a woman over a $129 bill from a postpartum visit and garnished her bank account. He sued a mother over a $3,596 delivery bill, charged her 18% interest until it grew past $7,000, and had her arrested three times — once while she was eight months pregnant, standing in her own home with her toddler beside her. His lawyers even had a husband and wife arrested on Easter weekend over a bill from an emergency hysterectomy. They spent two days in jail before their son could bail them out. He put these families through harrowing experiences, hounding them for every last dime..
Suing patients, seeking their arrest, and charging 18% interest isn’t normal. It was a choice. Experts called it “extreme.” Roger Marshall made that choice more than 700 times. That’s the real Roger Marshall.
MARSHALL VOTED TO BLOCK THE RELEASE OF THE EPSTEIN FILES
Roger Marshall voted to block the release of the Epstein files — the records documenting the abuse of girls as young as 14 and the powerful men who trafficked them.
He also took thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from Epstein associates. He called exposing Epstein's abuses a distraction. Seriously?
